2.  Ask for a copy of the recorded statements of the person who Hit You and of witnesses to the accident that the insurance adjuster may have made.  Most insurance companies won't give you these recordings, but they will ask to record Your Conversation.

 

3.  Ask if there are any umbrella policies available and how much they are worth.  You need this information in order to receive the best Settlement offer that You Deserve.

 

4.  Ask to have the fact that the Crash was Not Your Fault put into writing and their insured was at fault.  The insurance company most likely won't do this, even if their driver was clearly at fault.
